If you want to skip the trip to Croydon, the Longdan on Hackney Road (not the one about 30 seconds away on Kingsland Rd!) has tonnes of veggie meats now - frozen, tinned, dehydrated, deli slices - as well as other veggie and vegan substitutes (vegan fish sauce, etc.).
