Nice part of the world and not too far from me, I might have to pop down there once I've built a suitable bike.

Is that cos crap clearance at rear?
Both are 2.1" tyres. GravelKing that's on the front also fits on the rear. Wouldn't call it crap.

I’ve just been informed that there is tyre mismatching going on in this thread. Please keep it friendly folks.

What tyres are those?

Goodyear Connectors. First ride on them today, this frame is limited clearance wise and these come up as a pretty true to size 40 on 25c internal width rims. First impressions are favourable, they seated with a track pump, lost no air at all (sans sealant), roll very fast and seem to have enough grip. They're not the most supple so it was a little harsh at times.

Two days of baked-on shitfromabutt, fallen trees, suddenly appearing gradients that prompt maniacal laughter and/or tears.
The route wasn't entirely successful but I may make some edits if anybody fancies riding Guildford -> Goodwood, some sections were great
[photos actually from nearly the end of the second day back towards Brighton on the SDW]

It was a recce for an event. I'll put the link up when the charity launches it. It starts and finishes from just outside Chelmsford.

There were some truly excellent byway descents, super dry and just sketchy enough to keep it interesting but not too scary when loaded up

Some from last week in the Brecons. Returned home with mild sunburn, which can't happen very often.
Yes, the sky really was that blue on day 1!
