I had my first AZ yesterday morning at 9am, felt absolutely fine, walked home, did a days work, spent an hour in the gym, came home and started feeling very sleepy. Was in bed by 10, wearing at-shirt, jogging bottoms and hoody with the hood pulled up. This is my usual reaction to a fever because I’m an idiot - girlfriend came in with some paracetamol an hour or so later and my temperature normalised more or less.
It did feel incredibly similar to when I came down with Mystery Illness in Feb/March last year that put me on my arse for two weeks.
I feel a little washed out this morning but I have not had my breakfast yet.
