Knives are truly out for Johnson, wonder if he'll last to the end of May.
The Slithy Gove is waiting in the wings...

Gove is apparently the one answering the urgent question re: what Johnson said in the HoC today. Will be super interesting how he words that answer.
Of course why would the PM answer the question about what he said, himself? That would just be ridiculous.

Yep - Brexit 'done' and the fallout still to come can be blamed on Johnson's deal. Vaccines going well and restrictions easing so a good time to come in and take the plaudits for the final stages.
Might be a few thinking now wouldn't be a bad time to step in with a big majority behind them and a decent term still to run. -

Gove says: "She repeats a line from a newspaper but she ignores the fact that the PM not only instituted a second, but also a third lockdown, to keep us safe."
So errr, we're not denying it then.
Basically - he was 100% willing to let your nan die to save Pret A Manger but someone talked him out of it.

to keep us safe
There's a 150k people who might disagree with that.

ID of Tory donor who paid for Johnson's flat redecoration reported. Coincidentally he's the recipient of huge government contracts.

I mean, if you were around London politics when Johnson pretended to be 'Mayor', you're just not surprised by any of this, as he basically did exactly the same then, only under less scrutiny. It doesn't surprise me that he thought he could get away with it while pretending to be 'PM' (rather, a doormat for corruption), under much, much heavier scrutiny, although even that has been lacking until now. The Trump method of producing scandal after scandal until they become 'normal' and everyone's tired of calling them out because they just can't tell what's a scandal any more has been working much too well in Britain for my taste, though. I really hope that Johnson's thrown out of any politics whatsoever as soon as possible, that he's denied any kind of HoL membership, and that he's not put on the political scrapheap, because he's unfit to even be on the political scrapheap. Any other kind of scrapheap, fine.
Whoever follows him won't be good, either, but will at least not be an unmitigated catastrophe like Johnson.

He's just a child really.
Watch that clip of him and Arcuri, they're both just so..delighted at their delicious secret. Playing up, being flirty. Maybe he's having a mid-life crisis since the divorce but I think it's more likely that everything's just a game to him, he really is that shallow and priapically incontinent.

£850 a roll for the wallpaper apparently. It would be too good to be true if it turns out to have been the stuff that Osbourne's family business sells.
I'm looking forward to seeing it - I imagine it's appalling.

I was bored at work so I worked out that it would take 615 five pound notes to make a 10m x 0.5m roll of wallpaper.

Ok - that's good; at least he was saving a bit of money on the wallpaper. They probably save the fivers for loo roll.

With the plastic fivers, it'd be like that bog roll primary schools used to have with the shiny side...

...shit don't stick to the royal family!
The only reason I thought the Dyson story turned into the refurb story is because Johnson publicly blamed Cummings for leaking the Dyson texts so Cummings replied with a denial and a list of accusations including the refurb story.
