I think there's always been a big focus on hygiene such as hand washing etc, especially in the run up to and during the big tours.
@wutm / @Mickie_Cricket had the gossip from some of his inside sources a while ago.

Exactly, a year ago Polish TV interviewed Kwiatkowski who told that using hand sanitizer gel is a normal everyday activity for him and described how Sky/Ineos trained riders to pay attention to that. The interview in Polish is available here but with Google Translate you can get an idea what is he talking: https://sport.tvp.pl/47190797/michal-kwiatkowski-panika-jest-najgorsza-wywiad

Tullet 9/1 with Hills to finish top 10. Yes please. Backed my bet up with a few quid on a top 20 at 5/2.

Has AvdB won yet?

Great display of teamplay. AvdB for president.

Did you catch what they were calling Alaphilippe? Sounded like "moto" ?

• #33137
Ineos Movistar tactics.

• #33138
Carapaz sort-of super tucking.
-
• #33139
Looked like it, but probably moot now.

Valverde 4th; worth remembering that he raced with Mauri vansevenant's dad

Gaudu’s “sprint” technique, how did he get third?
-
• #33146
It wasn't pretty but faster than Valverde...
He looked happy with 3rd
-
• #33147
Stay on the wheel of who you think is the strongest rider and then beat him in the sprint. Very impressive.
-
• #33148
At least Jules lost with his hands on the bars.
-
• #33149
Carapaz was excluded from the race, presumably for the top-tube sitting.
Rob Hatch is just winding us up now isn't he? Every time he said Liege-Bastogne-Liege he sounded like he was having a stroke.
EDIT: for thinking he could game the new rules.

I don’t see what’s wrong with that. He’s holding the bars, could brake and has his bum touching the seat?
it must be such a weird environment to race during the pandemic, made me wonder in the past how did they make sure they didnt get the basic viral illnesses like cold and flu?
