Exactly, a year ago Polish TV interviewed Kwiatkowski who told that using hand sanitizer gel is a normal everyday activity for him and described how Sky/Ineos trained riders to pay attention to that. I think there's always been a big focus on hygiene such as hand washing etc, especially in the run up to and during the big tours.
