Really don't get the idea that breweries 'sell out' when they go on supermarket shelves.
It's a business, you start it to make money, bigger market placement means more cash.
How would you ever get bank loans/private backer cash if you said 'I'd like the business to get to X size and stay there'.
Even when the brewery co-founder is allegedly on record as saying it would never happen?
He got made an offer he couldn’t refuse.
He can't be 'allegedly on record'. Either there is written or audio proof he said it or not.
