    We've agreed that the next stage is add 10% of current bodyweight over 4 months and drop 2-3kgs again in a 4 week mini-cut to get rid of the flab. Which means pushing up to 82/83, then down to 80. From what we've done so far gaining 1kg of muscle per month and losing 1kg of flab per week seems to be the average (for me).
