  • Time I stopped being a fanny and made some changes to my diet. I've made huge progress but I've reached the limits of what I can do without changing my food ways.

    That said, I stopped drinking alcohol a while back and that has been a big success in terms of weight management.

    I'm a food person. Spend a lot of time cooking healthy food. I just need to cut out the crap in-between meals I think. At least that's a good place to start I think. Small incremental changes is the best approach for me.

  • Definitely sub 10%.
    Lower ab vascularity is a good sign.

    That is some amazing progress!
    Most of the work was down to you, but if your personal training company is achieving these results on a regular basis, plenty of people wouldn't hesitate to throw £3500 at them.
