Stick a shot through as normal, it will probably run fast. Adjust grind, check you’ve still got the same dose, repeat until you’re getting your preferred yield in 25-35 seconds. If it’s sour dose lower and grind finer, if it’s bitter dose higher and grind coarser. Remember it’s not going to taste as complex or balanced as regular coffee.
any tips for dialling in decaf espresso? I imagine the water process affects the flow rate somehow
