criadero de marranos...
Yeah sorry about that one. Apparently it’s the correct term, although criadero de puercos or cerdos might also be used.
Criadero comes from ‘cría’ which means baby (human and animal), and it’s a farm where animals are bred.
Marranos, puercos, cerdos, cochinos all mean pigs, but only puerco(s) means pork too.
I’m having trouble translating criadero de marranos...
