I've been going through the Kurosawas again. We just re-watched Yojimbo - is there any purer pleasure than the first 30 minutes of that film before it gets Real? - anyway we ended up googling a few people and that 6'8" dude, the guy with the hammer, is still alive, 102 years old, and 100% a problem every single one of us is going to have to deal with sooner or later.
