I've used Restrap, Apidura and Revelate and I think on average Revelate are the best designed and use high quality materials. New they are more expensive than the one you linked but I think you could buy second hand for that price. As I think you are in Edinburgh, if you want to look at a Revelate harness, feedbag, top tube bag, older saddle bag, Restrap frame bag and Apidura expedition saddle bag then let me know
