I watched Black Power: A British Story of Resistance last night. It's a pretty well made documentary and it made me realise how little I actually knew about the Black Power movement in the UK. It's recent history but I'd barely heard of any of the people or organisations involved. I guess I was too busy learning about the corn laws and Chartism in history at school.
It's free to watch on the BBC for the next year I think.
