That's my thinking. I really like the results I get from the long cooks, but I only managed a couple last year due to time constraints, and we have a baby now, so I have even less time! I'm hoping with a set up like this I can start it off early in the morning and pretty much leave it until dinner, with the alerts etc if something goes wrong.
I also keep thinking, when I see the price, that it's half way toward a KamodoJoe or something, but then I'd probably want this set up on that kind of bbq too!
