No, there's absolutely zero evidence of that AFAIK and I'd be very surprised if C4 reported that.
No comment on the truth of the asserted association, but I've certainly seen a number of reports of it. I've also seen reports of an Italian prosecutor or judge who ordered administration of a particular batch (c400k doses) to be suspended.

I take that with a big fat 20kg bag of salt as prosecutors can become media stars and get better roles and or promotion with lies or basing the case on some sort of woo. See monster of florence and the kercher murder as two prime examples.
