If I'm not mistaken, both the Netherlands and Ireland have suspended use of the AZ vaccine.
Having said that, other EU countries have not, so you're right to say that it's not all countries. But it's nonetheless surprising to see the EU commission return to this issue generally, and at this moment specifically.
If some batches of vaccines in the UK are supposed to go to the EU, we are back to the "what actually was in the contract" discussion... that was "fun"...
My parents in Netherlands sure would like vaccines, the skepticism does vary per country. No stupid remarks by politicians were made there, same for ROI, so its not as simple as "all EU countries don't want use them".
