I don't know about the e-cargo but the MK5 is sold in Denmark in supermarkets (own bike-brand), with half the watts but also half the price. I have seen the Butcher at a LBS (Centurion Challenger as it is called here) and it just looks cheap.
Basically they're not their own designs and I'm not sure they are worth the money.
