Just finished building this up. Rear wheel is a placeholder while I order spokes and saddle will be swapped, but other than that and fenders, it's pretty much complete.
Big thanks to Matias (unsure of user name) with helping us get the frames.

love it. you missed some weave on the net, if you care.

out of curiosity how does the webbing work? is it one piece that you tighten with a ratchet? what's on the underside?

Oh thanks, totally missed that.
Webbing is all separate straps. The ones going across are loops that slide over the tray and the ones going lengthways weave through then connect underneath using Velcro. You can adjust those ones so that is has more give.
