  • Apologies somewhat forgot this. I've been useless in fairness.
    My bike is in the shop having the rear wheel looked at.
    Might be able to do Thursday, is anyone in for the TTT?

  • Just checking we are talking about the same thing - I’d previously suggested a chain gang style drop ride, where people hang in for as long as they want to and then drop out for a lap to rest and pick up the group again as it next comes past.

    But there was also talk from someone else (can’t remember who) about actually racing a TTT.

  • Erm I was talking about the TTT race but could do the other too.
    Waiting to hear on the repair mind as the whole bike is in.

  • Is anyone around and keen to train tomorrow morning? Usual time and place.

  • Have just ticked the box on Zwift.

    Crash put quite a dent in my training schedule so be good to get back into it. Going to use the same workout file as 2 weeks ago as bike is stuck in the little ring, hopefully can get it started properly this time

    Now need to check my other wheels are 11 speed compatible.

  • If anyone fancies it, the usual meet up is tomorrow morning at 07:30. Usual details, no drop, do whatever workout you want to, etc.

    I've got a 6x5' at 105%, with 5' rest between intervals to get through (hate z4 first thing). It's a 77 min session. Happy to share the workout if anyone's keen.

  • In. What minute of the workout does the first of the 6x5’ start? Will try to make one that matches as I’ve got no chance of uploading anything to the Mac

    Here’s the steps

    EDIT - The 5’ efforts are 105%, with 5’ at 50%. The rest is very generous, as I’d originally planned this with the efforts at 110%. But not sure I can face that before breakfast. Maybe next week

    My road bike is in pieces so was going to have to miss tomorrow morning anyway. May do some Regents laps instead
