I think they can be added to the long list of mountain bike products that @dammit has bought that don't work as they should, and no one needs to read or answer twice the amount of the current level of questions.

I’ve had zero problems with the post, but the remote was a pain - works fine now. My Fox Transfer post, on the other hand, has stopped returning all the way to the top, so that needs some attention.
