Would you consider mounting down lower on the fork leg?
On one of my bikes I have the front light mounted off of the mudguard eyelet and it works a treat.

I (in a similar situation) ended up running the pump up the seat tube (losing a bottle cage) and using a frame bag instead.

I've gone through this a bit. Shadow of a bag over the light makes it shit.
Finally settled in bar mounted with an extended.
Doesn't look great but past caring.

I'd like to run a big front bar bag - are there any front light mounts (same as shown here) on the market that are like 15cm long?
