It's impossible to tell if it's parallax error (which it probably is) or some actual misalignment from one picture. Turn the bezel 180° and see if it offsets the other way. Better, take a video and see if you can make the effect happen in either direction by tilting the watch.
Edit: realised you mean it's not your watch. I think it's almost certainly just the angle the pic is taken from, if you look at where the hour markers are relative to the crystal etc.

Hivemind, I am looking at this watch, but can't workout of the photos are shit or the bezel is super wonky.
The bezel triangle seems to point to slightly left of the middle, but the 30 also seems to point left of centre.
Opinions?
