Something like that, large engined estate is probably ex firearms or surveillance not CID, so has probably been thrashed, abused and possibly got a butchered wiring loom from the blues and twos, the airwave fit and any techie surveillance kit that was fitted. (Another use for bigger cars) I’d swerve it. My reluctance partly being based on how I destroyed the engine on my work bmw 3 series diesel on a fast run from London to Manchester once, being in a colleagues car when the oil warning buzzer came on every time we went round a bend hard and being near a number of crashes, rammings and general fuckwittery (and I was fairly mechanically sympathetic).
