Can't you fit a 12 speed Shimano HG-compatible cassette?

Looks like I need to do some research. Does 12 spd Shimano run with AXS ok? Then I’d just need an axle conversion kit and cassette
I think it’s actually on a Campag freehub at the moment as I don’t think I initially realised 11 speed was cross compatible. Will still have the Shimano driver it came with somewhere though.

Just get a suitable frame and mount all your stuff on it. Bonus points for not having to strap a muddy bike on the turbo, or wear out expensive AXS stuff

Might be cheaper to just get an old frame for turbo use
If you have the space, I've found this works well
I have an ancient Ribble Audax with 9spd and no brakes which exists purely to go on the trainer. It's nice that it stays clean, and the chain seems to last forever

I might have a friend that wants to get rid of a PX bike he's been using just on the turbo, size 56, free. Let me know if interested and I will check if he's still got it
EDIT: Just checked, he's still got it, he'd let it go for a charity donation

Need to switch over to ANT+ for connecting my Kickr as keep having issues with Bluetooth. Are all dongles/usb extension cables created equal or does anyone have a specific recommendation? It's for use with Zwift. Cheers.

I use a suunto dongle with an unbranded extender. Never had any issues with it

Cool, thanks.

Turbo fan with remote control switches?
Ideal!
Got my 2 on smart plugs though, so no need at the moment. -

Pretty cool to see them jump on a new market while adding a cleva bit of functionality. Shame I was also an early adopter, but yeah, smart plug works fine for me too.

The guy in the pic is riding GRX. Does that make these fans gravel specific? Asking for a friend.

Dibs your current one. Unless you have a bike you always leave on the turbo, fitting the remote every time is just more faff than pausing the workout and adjusting the fan speed (never really had to)

Not sure I've ever been on the turbo thinking "if only I could be warmer!".
Maybe I've been doing it wrong though. -

I change mine based on season, or if it's a recovery week.

To be fair, the batchelor pad black appeals.

My garage was fucking cold in the worst of winter. Had to wear knee warmers, winter socks and gloves.
More of a moan than a look for advice. As I’ve folded my 11spd road bike in half, I’ve been looking to switch my Neo over to work with AXS for the time being.
Conversion to through axle, an XDR driver & an AXS cassette is looking like about £250. I hate bikes sometimes. Might be cheaper to just get an old frame for turbo use.
