The rear wheel was on the wonk, I find that I need to take the bike out of the workstand, wobble the wheel with the QR undone to centre it, then do the QR up in order to re-centre. Trying to centre the wheel whilst the bike is hanging in the air (for me, anyway) never really works).
It's now straight in the frame so I can get the cable tension for the rear mech correct.
