That definitely looks better than the cables just slowly sawing through the BB.
Probably just the photo but is the tyre not quite centred? I found that the rear QR needed to be REALLY tight to stop the wheel moving towards one of the chain stays
And of course the original barrel adjusters turned up one week after the build
