I enjoyed that - full on racing from 40 kms out with Deceunick-QS blowing the race apart, then somehow regrouping when the bunch sprint looked likely and shutting the race down. Not often you see that.

Pity about the wholly unnecessary shoulder barge which caused the crash which brought down Hayter.

Nope gets to me as well. I’d much rather be just muted himself than get every other word punctuated with those sound effects

I've started listening to the German commentary on the UAE Tour. I don't understand much of it, but it's better than listening to Kirby.

yeah, broadcasting fine on the eurosport app. I bought the £20 GCN (because my eurosport is set to expire just as the TDF kicks off) - the app seems janky af so far
