  • Yeah I'm 8 weeks into the 10k pb that @doubleodavey put up and i thought @juanito said he was on it too. I didn't know if anyone else had taken it up. I'll do a 10k again at the end of the plan so i can measure the improvement exactly but this weekend I'm doing the 10 mile tt instead of my long run. It'll end up nearly 15 miles including warm up and down. I'm confident I'll be able to run it at my 10k test pace from the beginning of the plan so I know my 10k pace is improving. I'll be running a half in June or July so whatever time i clock for the 10 miles I'll spend the few months working towards being able to hold that pace for a half. That seemed logical when I thought about it but less so now I've written it down 🤔
