Serotta CSI (Another Yellow Bike)

I don't really like the Syncros stem, just cause I think it looks too chunky in comparison to the sleek tubes, but my oh my, that's such a great build. Love the red accents on the Zipp's and Open Pavé's

I think a Salsa stem would work better- but just try finding one. I’ll keep my eye out for one.

Hmm..its on point, but I reckon the logos on stem and post distract a little? No chance of removing them?

Stunning collection! Alternative to salsa stem could be a simworks sw28 stem. May be just as difficult to find though

I had Syncros BITD, I like them.

With that said I would go with a Salsa stem should one become available as the dimensions I think would be better.

Really makes me want to build up a shallow pair wheels for my look now.

Aligning the brake pads was being a real pain yesterday - as I applied the torque the pad would turn, it was infuriating. Had a think about it last night, just investigated my suspicions at lunch and sure enough there was corrosion on the bolts. Cleaned them off, drop of lubricant and now the pads stay in place when holding the brake lever as they're tightened up.

Small thing but satisfying.

It's at a slight angle, I'm guessing.

Talking about a slight angle I think the stem is bent- when viewed from the front the bars are angled to the right very slightly.

Could something else that I’ve not thought of cause this?

As in the LH drop is slightly lower?

Other way round - right hand drop slightly lower than left

Can only really be the stem if the bars are new?
