  • No oyster sauce. Sub ketjap manis or fish sauce? Or a dash of both?

    Have fired some ketjap in for now, and off to get oyster from the shop, but curious to hear opinions.

  • hmmm I'd have said soy and maybe some hoisin/bbq sauce (or ketchup) could thicken with some corn starch - not fish sauce that flavour is will be far too strong. What are you cooking?
