Ok, cranks - the bearings are new, the cranks are not. I bought new BB cups.
It's an English BB, I fitted the cups and torqued them up to ~35Nm.
Fitted the crank, wave washer on the left, 50Nm and I used a little thread locker on the bolt.
They really don't want to spin - if I spin them the most I get is two rotations, and there's a faint squeak every now and again. Is this just the bearings and the seals need to break in, or is something wrong?
