It's not my wheel but a wheel on a bike on ebay, I asked about it but got a short reply along the lines of
"It’s only done a few hundred miles since last service. Just checked wheels and they are all nice and tight."
Tempted to buy decent replacement spokes and give wheelbuilding another go but going to cost my mate more moneys which she doesn't want to spend
