haha! It was such a ballache to get it dealt with. Illums Bolighus are the only people with it correctly listed (at least in-store when I was there), so credit to them for getting their tape measures out. There was not a single dimension of the unit that I could get to tally with the published specs; inner, outer, whatever. No idea where they got them from.

Why does this happen? I had the same thing happen and it was such a faff to get them to agree to pick it up and admit it actually wasn't the listed size.
