Choose the least faffy one (there will be faff) that makes 500ml in one pass, brew straight into a flask, pour one cup and have the other one later? Clever or V60 02?
Although I would personally go Technivorm if I were you, I think the worktop footprint is justified for something you enjoy so regularly.
