This used to belong to @Shinscar on here many years ago, then sold to @richoking who had it polished beautifully by the guy who did the Jaguar fighter for the Tate Modern (Although I can't find any mention of that so might be making it up).

It then ended up with me but since moving to Brighton it's not getting much of a look-in and deserves better than a set of rollers.

It's an old photo and I'll try to get some better ones over the weekend. To be honest the wheels and finishing kit have seen better days.

£500 all in? I'm a bit out of the loop for bikes these days but I think that's about fair.
Ideally collection from Brighton but equally happy to sort out postage at cost.

Wow - this is a blast from the past. I'm glad that you've held onto it for this long and you're right, the guy that polished this not only worked on that piece but he also fab'd a metal suit for Lady Gaga in one of her music videos. A strange claim to fame but his work is top-notch.

Hey! It never got parts anywhere near as nice as the ones you put on it, but I've still loved riding it.

Couple of centimetres bigger and I'd have been all over this, can't imagine this'll be around for long but glws anyhow

I spent a long time and a lorra' money on that build - more than I could justifiably afford at the time. I wish I'd never sold in some ways and just wrapped it up warm for when I was ready to get back on. I also remember the abuse on the forum when people found out the pink panther had been polished! They were good times when that was the most angering thing going on in the world!

For the love of god, don't tell them I powdercoated the fork!
