I spent a long time and a lorra' money on that build - more than I could justifiably afford at the time. I wish I'd never sold in some ways and just wrapped it up warm for when I was ready to get back on. I also remember the abuse on the forum when people found out the pink panther had been polished! They were good times when that was the most angering thing going on in the world!

Wow - this is a blast from the past. I'm glad that you've held onto it for this long and you're right, the guy that polished this not only worked on that piece but he also fab'd a metal suit for Lady Gaga in one of her music videos. A strange claim to fame but his work is top-notch.

I'd be interested in buying this back - will drop you a PM.

Its been a long time since I visited these pages but its good to see the same names posting banal amounts of crap. And with that I'd like to toast Southend's return to the big time. Up the Shrimpers!

I've seen the gradual extension of that ^ chest piece. It's awesome and all done free hand.

Does anyone know any good artists in Argentina? I know that's a broad question, bu I'm just looking for artists to start looking at. Probably in Buenos Aires.

If its something basic and easy head to Bond Street galeria, its full of studios.

If its something more specific then check out Pablo Speranza and see if you like his style. I've had work done by him and he's also shown me the ropes on a few things. Top bloke.

Cande Carballo (?) has got a great new studio going and Leatatuajes on Cordoba has a good portfolio of portait work.

I'm living in BsAs now so if you want to know more or to grab a brew then give us a shout.
