Finally got around to picking up a pair of vintage Swiss army denim work trousers. They are a replacement for my now worn through '00 vintage selvedge Diesel (I know, the horror). Used to wear them for labouring but became my DIY jeans when overalls are a too much faff.
Online images give a good depiction. Have that 70s workwear vibe. Good choice if you want some jeans to work in. Still comfortable and normal enough if you just want that aesthetic.
Pretty please with them, and tempted to get a grade 1 condition pair in a slightly larger size.. altho as my OH said; "wtf are those?" I may not. Would also quite like the matching top as a spring work jacket, but probably not in a DD combo.
Points to note are;
high waisted so " sizing maybe a little snug depending on your tummy size.
if you want to wear over other trousers as originally intended size up accordingly.
access to under trouser pockets is pretty well sealed, but could get breezy if you're crouching a lot and it's windy.
On the subject of work jeans.
