^good spot, very Pro. Noticing team riders did this with their supplied kit, decided to embrace it and make it a visible feature on the Pro Team Race Cape. Those dark bands on the arms are tape reinforcements, designed to be cut and not fray or unravel. ....a few people did take scissors to their £200+ jackets(!)
