  • Tested the burner today on a 75k ride, under a PSN jacket (and over a LS merino baselayer) it was brilliant, just what the weather called for. Failing to remove it on time lead to some sweating but it wasn't over the top, just barely wet. In the early hours (early? 9am ffs) my arms and hands wasn't warm enough, I was able to gauge burner vs. burnerless feel. Glad I opted for spring gloves in the end, such glorious weather.

  • Thanks for the feedback - lovely morning, v jealous! - yes, a really noticeable detail is when you do remove it, and cold air flows around the chest, and you can feel how much warmth it's kept in.

It's really significant if you're using on a cool spring/summer morning with just a regular jersey and not under a winter/windproof jacket. Once the suns up and you're comfortable, it's a sort of key-change shift in temperature settings.
