Found this roll of film in a draw today. Expired on December 1st so not too long ago..... Will I need to shoot it at any other iso speeds to compensate or is it still ok to shoot at the recommended due to it not being out of date long?

Should be fine, I've shot a load of that stuff out of date. Can always expose +1 to be safe.
Unlike b&w process film XP2 loves light. Expose it like colour film (metering for the shadows) and it’ll work great.
A couple of months out of day is not a problem. Best if it’s stored cold of course.
