Thanks @JB and @Heldring, you are right. I love it but it is defintely far too pricey for what it is.

It is hard not to scratch the new watch itch, when I've got the cash saved up.

Fuck it... To stave off the desire to buy a new watch, i have ordered a handful of new straps.

Good thinking, sailcloth is a nice balance between cord and rubber, defintely very comfortable.

No, and tbh it needs one as it loses a couple of minutes a day.
I was actually in contact with Alsal about bringing it in for a once over but then lock down happened so that scuppered that for the time being.
