Same. 56mm over 2" tyres and they've been solid over rough bridleways and a load of mud. I upgraded the stays on mine though.

What do you reckon the likelihood of them fitting some 38mm 650b tyres are? I'm looking for some guards for my partners replacement Isen and as she's small it's 650b wheels or nothing on it. We used some 650b GB guards on her last frame but are keen to explore cheaper alternatives.

I hadn't seen these, just ordered some for my Datum. I actually don't really like the look of PDW, and the Kinesis ones look good but have too much in the way of graphics for my liking.

The styling is a little hipster, but these look to be good value as you say... Any idea how they look on narrower tyres? (a Photos search suggest they’re quite roomy)

I've been happy with the wide SKS Edge AL guards. Not as nice as PDW but pretty close at a fraction of the price. The stay mounting looks a bit cheap, but works great even on gravel.
