How should I decide on Trainerroad volume for sweetspot base? I was averaging 10 hours a week over the summer on the road and around 12h for festive 500. Should I pick high volume sweetspot base to reflect the time I can handle?
I heard TR was supposed to be more efficient, so is the idea that I could do mid volume (~6hrs/wk) and get the same benefits of high volume, unstructured outdoor riding?
TR and TP TSS is not the same, so I’m not sure I can compare that.
