Bars are all taped up, and it's looking good.
Turns out the chain has been cut too short, so I'll have to get a new one tomorrow. Hopefully I'll get away without having to buy a new cassette.
Black seatpost is really letting the side down, so I need to get on that.
Brakes are still a bit sketchy - I'm going to have a go at getting the wheels dead true, and then tweek the set up.

Actually just had lunch!
Took it for a quick spin round the block.
Gears and brakes need some adjustment, but it’s more or less there.
Will tape the bars shortly.
Need to sort out a decent seat post, and get some cages and straps for my posh pedals.
