  • I've been pretty satisfied with them over the years, but one thing I have noticed recently is some strange behaviour with their stock numbers. I added a saddle with four units in stock to my cart but didn't order because I wanted to make sure I wasn't forgetting anything and then went to bed. The next morning it was out of stock. I actually emailed them about it and the response a few days later was basically just 'you're out of luck, our inventory is real time'. Fortunately, about 12 hours after I received that email, two units came back into stock and I was able to get the saddle, but something weird is definitely going on with their stock-tracking.

    Other than that, no complaints aside from the shipping to Canada being high - but that's no different from most other European stores, and it works out to be much cheaper overall than QBP monopoly pricing anyway. It is also nice that I seem to never be hit with customs on orders from them.
