Yay. I hope you persuade her. I'm fairly sure it's not falling down and I doubt it's built on a graveyard.
Bear in mind as it's on with the Modern House it will probably get competitive but on the plus side (as someone who is in the process of selling with them) they really look after their buyers as well as sellers. I wish Stow Brothers were looking after us that well.
