So official start of the year for me for losing weight (because you can't realistically start on a Friday before a weekend)!
About 6 weeks of consecutive colds, lack of training, Christmas etc has put me at 74.5kg.
I'd like to be back to 68kg fairly quickly, with a longer term aim of getting down to 66kg and maintaining 2kg +/- through the year.
71 by end of Jan, 69 by end of Feb, 67 by end of March.
Intermittent fasting for me, which worked well before, both for calorie restriction and minimising snacking, and about 5h on bike, 3-4h of other exercise.
Aiming to do this without tanking my immune system, which has definitely taken a beating over the last 6 weeks.
