Iron heart give really precise measurements for each garment so follow this. Additionally you can ask them to check the individual garments they have in stock to see if there is one with longer or shorter sleeves etc etc. As a result I have shirts from them ranging from large to xxxl which all fit perfectly.
Some items they may only stock 4 or 5 in a particular size and colourway. For example the purple western shirt that I have sold out in my size in 36 hours.

Definitely go by actual measurements not sizes, I couldn't believe it and ordered two different sizes to be sure.
I'm usually a small/medium but the large worked for me.

Woolrich has a decent sale on but not really feeling the look and it bothers me they still use fur on some of there products.
Pretty fixated not the IH shirts right now, @dancing James how's the sizing? Some Japanese brands are a size down so a medium would be small.
