She’s lived in the UK before, but not for 5 years, and did her P85 when moving back to the EU. Still has a UK bank account, for what that’s worth (child benefit paid there).
The thing i can’t tell is whether she qualifies for EUSS by virtue of being my wife on Dec 31st, even if she isn’t able to make it back across until after Jan 1st.

I'm really not sure on marriage. I don't think it helps but not 💯 sure.
If she has paperwork and has left recently, qualifying years do not need to be the past 5 years.
Say she left last year and has some paperwork for years before perhaps it may be enough it's worth a shot.
Note digital paperwork is fine so online bank statements with address can help.
Ask mentioning period here, period left, what she has paperwork wise and good luck! Hopefully you can cobble enough together.

Daughter I would imagine can come in as British, wife is difficult. BUT can she prove residency here? Have you any UK paperwork with her name?
Because she can still register for EUSS until next June.
